Pat Group’s technologies arrive at the “STRATÉGIE CLIENTS” tradeshow in Paris

Pat will take part in the Parisian event as a Sponsor and exhibitor, to present its digital interaction and Multi-channel Customer Experience technologies

Milan, 25 March 2014 – Pat Group – a leading player in the CRM, multi-channel customer care, digital self-service and interaction market – will attend for the first time the “Stratégie Clients” Tradeshow, taking place in Paris (Porte de Versailles – Pavillon 7.1) between 8th and 10th April.

The Paris-based Tradeshow is one of the most important international events for the Business ICT sector, with a focus on solutions, recommendations and technologies for optimal client strategy.
For over 18 years, the international Tradeshow “Stratégie Clients” has been reporting and presenting evolutions and changes in the sphere of customer relations, an increasingly strategic area of focus for those companies that want to distinguish themselves within their sector. This year’s is a special edition, which celebrates “the Excellence to the client” in each of its aspects: the fluidity and individuality of the relationship, the precision and responsiveness of customer service, the simplification of the dialogues between brand and clients, new techniques of engagement, customer loyalty.

Pat Group will take part in this important event as a Sponsor and exhibitor (Stand P 43), to present its innovations and technologies for communication and interaction between companies and clients in the context of customer care and self-service, for a multi-channel and interactive customer experience.
