Our history: growth over time
Founded in 1992 in Treviso, northern Italy, we have been delivering innovative CRM solutions that
enable companies to meet customer retention and acquisition goals while improving productivity and reducing costs for
more than 15 years.
During this time we have built a solid experience in the IT integration and customer care fields.
In the last few years we have also increased our range of products by specialization in consulting and developing
relational marketing strategies.

Headquartered in Treviso with offices in Milan, Turin and New York, PAT is 100% privately owned and staffed by a
dynamic group of young professionals. The Company founder, Patrizio Bof, in the role of President and CEO, remains
