As proof of the close attention paid to processes and the needs of the world of Information Technology, at PAT we sponsor some of the most important Italian associations in the sector.

In our role as Platinum Sponsor, we contribute to IT SMF Italy, a non-profit organization which aims to promote an exchange of experience and information in the management of ICT Services and the adoption of the best professional practices relating to them (following ITIL - Information Technology Infrastructure Library - procedures), and which is supported by our HelpdeskAdvanced solution.
