Dynamic PDF uses Adobe technology and requires only Acrobat Reader, the free application which provides access to data via the PDF format. By using Dynamic PDF you will be able to update all your documentation while offline: client visit reports, meeting minutes or technical calls can be sent directly via email automatically updating the information in the central system. All this without the need for any local software installation and leveraging investments already made by the company, providing field operators the ability to manage data even when they are offline. The use of Dynamic PDF provides dramatic cost reductions for data-entry and increases the effectiveness of the information by providing it in a controlled manner with the ability to use digital signature devices or devices which control information distribution. Combining the use of Dynamic PDF with email support for data exchange, communication costs will be reduced compared to normal procedures which only allow for online synchronization of data or those which provide offline capabilities only with a client application installed locally.
