Customer assistance by PAT

All PAT clients with an existing maintenance contract can access our assistance service, created especially to respond appropriately to advanced queries and different customer demands and tendencies.

PAT's assistance service is accessible through different channels:

• Through the call center
• By e-mail
• By SMS

In particular you can access the different services in the following ways:

Call center assistance:

You can contact the assistance center by calling +39 0423-600531 and dialing 1 after the welcome message.

Email assistance:

You can email any assistance request to helpdesk@pat.it.
If your email account is not enabled to use this address you will receive an information message in reply. In this case please send a message requesting to be enabled to info@pat.it or call +39 0423-600531.
